    Reloading table in Access.

I am new to Access. I have a linked table and I deleted its data with VBA by mistake. There is a copy of the table in a database file. How do I reload this table with its data into Access? It's very important that I do this right!

    Thank you,

    Josheir

Is there an autonumber ID field? Is this field value used as foreign key in related table(s)?

    Options:

    1. copy/paste

    2. import wizard

    3. link to table and run INSERT SELECT sql action
