Repot Design

Hello Guys,

I would like to make report design according to attached Word doc.

First group by competence but then I run into problems. Would like the competency level to appear horizontal and then each description underneath.

Tips and tricks?

Sounds like a CROSSTAB query. Need to know more about the data structure.

Thank you June. I found the solution, it was all about the data structure i.e. in one table = competency name then 4 additional columns with column header "basic", "intermediate", "advanced", "expert"
