New renter form

I am set up a database for my rental property. I create a form to add new employee, but when I open the form it's populated with data from the first record of that table. I have to pages down to the bottom of the table records before I can enter a new record. I would like to have form open for enter only new record. I have another form for making changes.

Change the Data Entry property of the form.
