hi there,can u please help me out with my database.i need some advice regarding this.
any help wud be appreciable.
i made access database using ms access 2007.
it calculates penalty for a given employee for a specific month.i successfully calculate penalty using "Penalty Calc" query.


so at the end wot i have is "employee code"(Empcd),"penalty month nd year"(PYYMM), and total penalty(that is calculated).
now what i want to do is that, suppose i calculate penalty for feb2015, and after recovery of penalty amount there are two options that is due([Recovery]-[Total Penalty]) = 0 or some value. i want to post these details to next month that is march2015.

What you have done by posting a question in LonnieCAR's thread is called "Hijacking a thread". If you have a question, you should start your own thread. This thread has been marked "Solved", so there won't be a lot of people looking at it. The chances of getting an answer is slim. In your question, you can reference this post if it is relevant.
