Form printing is split in half vertically on Windows XP SP3 and 7 64bit

I am using an Access database to keep track of some records. I have been using the same one for about 15 years and haven't had too many issues, until now. I had the same issue on Windows XP SP3 before I started using Access on my new 64 bit Windows 7 machine. I hoped switching to the new laptop would solve the problem. The problem is, in the form view only, when I try to print , it splits it in half vertically both on the preview and to the printer. I can print a table or any other Microsoft or pdf document and it is fine. I started having the issue after adding a print driver for a desktop printer and have since uninstalled the printer and tried to restore to an earlier date than when I installed the print driver, but it doesn't work. Like I said, everything else prints fine, it is just the Access form that doesn't. any suggestions?

I would print a report rather than a form; you have much more control over the format, etc.
