Maybe you could post your dB.... It's not very clear what your question is. We can't see your table structure nor your forms.

    Free theatre data model http://databaseanswers.org/data_mode...ings/index.htm
Business rules/facts for the theatre data model at http://databaseanswers.org/data_mode...ings/facts.htm

I looked at your relationships: A few observations.

All relationships are 1:1 it seems??? Review the free data model for suggested cardinalities.
Do not use field names with embedded spaces.

    Good luck with your project.

You start with some business facts; then build the model to support the facts; test it with test data; reconcile each and every anomaly; until the model supports all of your business facts. Then, build the database. It's like having a blueprint to build a house/airplane/shopping center.....

A form(s) may be the issue, but it's still out of context to the reader. We still don't know your business rules/facts.

I have to agree with Orange (Post # 9). Need to design on paper first, then create objects.

Sorry, but IMO, I don't see anyway of fixing the dB. It would be better and faster to do a proper design.

In the past (long ago) I designed databases "on-the-fly" and always ended up tossing them and starting over. Now I do as Orange suggests.
