    Multiple Tables Form

Good day everyone - I have a database that has several tables many with yes/no boxes. I want to have a form that allows a person to enter information into the different tables. I heard that a query was the way to go but when I create a query the data doesn't show up. I have attached a test database to hopefully make my ramblings make more sense. Test.zip

No, a single query that includes all these tables is not appropriate for data entry.

You put tables into the Relationships builder but did not set links.

Best to use forms for data entry/edit. One table, one form. In some cases, form/subform arrangement might be appropriate. https://support.office.com/en-US/Art...rs=en-US&ad=US

    Your tables have no ralationship
to Create a single form used in entering data in all or many tables will require VBA
Queries will not work because of the lack of relationships and if by chance you created a query, you will face the problem
of duplicates in the query (Not in tables).

If the tables have a relationship and you build a query from two tables - right click on the relationships line and choose the option you want. It is probably needing to be Give me all from Table A and related from Table B
