Finding out what the original source is for a form

Hello - I am modifying a database that I did not create and am trying to figure out what a certain form is based off of (what is the query/table that was used to create the form). Is there a way I can tell? I thought it was going to the Property Sheet --> Data Tab but it is blank.

In form design, click on the form's left corner box (like the left corner in excel that selects all cells)
THEN look at the data tab. it will tell you the source tbl/qry.

Do as Arnold's twin said. If you look at the dropdown in the Property Sheet you'll see that you had the FormFooter selected, not the Form, itself.
