Change to the F1 help system?

When I use F1 I get a page that is titled "Connecting to Offline Office Developer Help" that has directions that don't match with my access 2010 on Windows 7. For an early step it says "In the VBE, choose Help>Microsoft Visual Basic Help" but that's not an entry there. I can't proceed beyond that point. The options I see are

Microsoft visual Basic for applications help F1
    MSDN on the web
About Microsoft visual Basic for applications

Selecting the first one is what brings up the page I'm referring to - I was there already.

Selecting the second brings up a web page with a LOT of links. I suppose if I took the time I could find an answer to my problem but that's not the idea of F1.

Selecting the "about" option simply brings up a copyright notice accompanied by a threat for violating it.

How do I get my good ol' F1 help back?

I don't get "Connecting to Offline Office Developer Help", my f1 help says:

    "Loading Help from Office.com
Show me offline help from my computer"

    Then immediately switches to:

    "Need assistance?
Use the search box to tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to find an answer."

This is on my personal laptop. Maybe different at work.

Interesting that you get a different response. FWIW in windows 8.1 an F1 gets me a page with links to articles which are appropriate to the context. I have that on my laptop, but the problem is with windows 7 on my desktop machine with Office 2010.

I get the same thing on my work PC as my personal laptop. Although seems it used to be something else.

When I input keywords into the search window, I get "Searching Office.com for {entered keywords}" then a list of links appear. This really does look different.

Sorry, no idea why yours different.
