    Please Help! "Something Wrong"

    So I have been searching the web for over an hour trying to find even a reference to this and have found nothing! So here is my last resort. I working with a database in Access 2010, which has been working just fine for months (over multiple versions), and now suddenly when I go to add a new entry, I get an error message that just says "Something Wrong". That's it! No error number and no further explanation, then it just defaults to the first entry in the database and will not create a new entry. Has anyone ever come across this error message before and possible have insight into the why of it?

    Cheers

    Are you using VBA? Sounds to me like the output of error handler code in VBA. Do a search in the VBA editor for those words.

    Bing: Access "Something Wrong" error

    On the other hand, I found this MSKB url but the page won't open for me http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2827031 Unfortunately, the Bing search title says this is Office 2013 or Office 365 installation error.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    * Compact & Repair

    * Trial a back up (hopefully you have one)

    * Test on a different PC

    * Possibly custom code put in by the database developer is being triggered
