    Running crosstab query


    Dear Access Users
    I have a table having 10 fields with name Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6,Q7,Q8,Q9,Q10 with same input list
    Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree
    I want to make a crosstab kind of query which gives me following result.

    Count of Q1 Count of Q2 Count of Q3 Count of Q4 Count of Q5 Count of Q6 Count of Q7 Count of Q8 Count of Q9 Count of Q10
    Strongly Agree
    Agree
    Disagree
    Strongly Disagree

    Please help and suggest.

    Use the QUERY WIZARD.
    It will ask you what you want for col headers,
    then row headers
    and the values.

    It is very easy.
