I've never seen that error message. Never used OnMouseMove event. What happens when you click OK?
You have form open by default when the db opens? Something is wrong with code behind that form. Provide code for analysis.
Hold down shift key when opening db and it will bypass the optional settings.

I'm not sure I know how to provide the code for analysis. When I hold down the shift key, the page opens blank.
What page opens? - nothing should open.
Is the code macros or VBA?
You did not build this db?
If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Here is a copy of the database. I did not create it but it worked fine until I upgraded to Office 2013.
Correction, I have seen that message before. I click OK and the db continues.
I see there are VBA procedures behind forms but they don't have any code in them.
There is a module showing in navigation pane called "Global Code" but Access errors when I try to open, says it doesn't exist.
The db uses Switchboard which I never liked and never used. Switchboard usually uses macros and a [Switchboard Items] table. However, the buttons on this switchboard reference VBA functions. And since there is no code, nothing works.
There is a table "Name AutoCorrect Save Failures". Someone has tried to do some modifications of this db.
This is a mess. The db is dead. Start from scratch unless you have a backup somewhere with the code.

Thanks for your help. I'll leave it up to see if someone else may have a work around. Starting over is a huge undertaking and not looking forward to it unless absolutely necessary.
Thanks again
I'm not always right (made one misstatement today - so I hit my quota for mistakes).
But don't think I am off on this one. There is no code, there is no workaround.

Thanks, Rebuilding now.
