Does anyone know if there's a way to quickly import TSV files into Access? If so how? I've been converting them to Text Files in Excel and then importing that into Access but this takes a long time.

CSV or TSV - still a text file. Why do you have to convert with Excel? What are you converting?
Did you try the import wizard? Works for me.
