    Access Reports - Conditional Formatting

    Hi,

I am making a planner in the access 2010 report.

I am showing which activity finished when but I also want to highlight/ shade the cell to the corresponding month on the planner to the right. See picture above.

I tried conditional formatting with date rage 1/1/2014 and 31/1/2014 but it does not gives me accurate result.

    Your help appreciated.

If you want to see the above picture simply zoom your explorer to 300%. I am not able to zoom it bigger.

    Regards

    The images show fine.

You are setting up the report and conditional formatting for a specific year. It will not dynamically adjust as the year changes.

Probably need to use Access date standard: mm/dd/yyyy

Comments still apply. Regardless of the labels and formatting on form or report, the code still expects standard date to evaluate condition.

However, if you are not in the U.S. review http://allenbrowne.com/ser-36.html
