using combo boxes to make orders

Okay, I am trying to create an order form with combo boxes, I can get the results from using the wizard, with subforms, that create a table with the desired results. But I want to create drop dog boxes that eliminate records, instead of the table so that they can be selected.

Don't understand. Did you mean dropdown boxes? Eliminate records from where? What does 'instead of the table so they can be selected' mean?
