    Copied Report Malfunctioning

I created a form that allows users to input and view data. I now want to create a report that is very similar but not identical to the form. It took much time to create the form, and creating a report from scratch seems unnecessary. I saved the form as a report. However, when I open the report in report view or layout view, it glitches very badly. The report refreshes or flashes every second and there seems to be a partial copy with a black background of the top of the detail section of the report in the footer section. I've tried deleting all of the objects from the report and deleting all of the report's VBA code. How do I stop it from glitching?

Create a new report based on the same query as the Form.

The query the form is based on only looks up ID and Name. There are many more fields contained in the form. I want the report to be nearly identical to the form. I've done a lot of GUI design in the form. I can't efficiently redo all of that. I just need a fix for the glitching issues.
