    Hi guys,

I need your help I have a created a manpower’s database in that I’m facing a problem in Cross tab Query,

I’m using this database from mid of 2013 So far it is working well. Now the problem is in my query it is also calculating for the 2014 year…

That is, Record of 2013 may is accumulated with 2014 may…… I need it to calculate for 2013 month wise separately & 2014 month wise separately

Could anyone help me out in this issue…..?

If you want only 2014 data then apply a filter to the data. If you want 2013 and 2014 months as separate columns, would have to include the year in the value used as the column header field, like: Format([datefield],"YYYYMM"). Probably still need filter criteria to limit data to 2013 and 2014.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
