    Merging Records.

    I tried explaining this very problem in a different thread but, couldn't get any answers. so here i am again and this time let me try with images.


    I have linked an Excel Workbook to Access and i'm trying to create a form that'll merge/combine multiple records as one. here's the image. Is it possible? please help me out.

    Sounds like you want a SUB FORM.

    the master form would use key record 1.
    the sub form would link to the master form on the key and only show the data that matches record key 1.
