    how can we update data

    hello guys,



    i want to prevent the stored data; thats mean if somebody wants to update the data he click on a boutton then he can update ,otherwise he can't update

    can you help me please?

    Restricting Updates

    The first thing that comes to mind is to create two duplicate forms. The first form you can edit the properties and set the properties to prevent updates. Then put a button on the form that can be clicked and it opens the second form which allows updates.
