Database to record students data

Hi there,

I am creating a database to record personal, medical information and uniform sizes for students. I created one table because the personal, medical data is static and a student can only wear 1 size shirt, belt and can be at 1 level at a time. I would like to also record the when the belt and when the student acquired the level they are at?



suggesitions are appreciated regarding my structure.

I am also interested in indicating when a Student is active or inactive. I would like the ability to view active and inactive students.
