    Help with default Values and command buttons


    So I have developed a cost sheet SubForm for studentcharges, the student charges change depending on the program they areattending. What I would like to do is have a command button for each programand when it is click have the appropriate charges populate the fields in thesub form. Can anyone please help withthis?

    Is this subform populating anything else? Normally you would have a DLookup or use a Combox and have it populate the fields for you. Where Are you wanting to display this, on the subform, subform footer, Report? I would lookup the rate for the class attended and then do whatever you need to do with it.

    Can you provide more details as to your form,table structure and fields?
