Setting Up Multiple Contact Names in a Customer Database

    Greetings.

I am new to using Access and I am in the process of setting up a Customer Database. Many of my customers have on main address but multiple contact names as well as a direct phone # to reach that particular contact. I would like to create a form whereby you would enter the Customer name, select the contact name from a dropdown box and all the company info (address, phone numbers, e-mail, etc) would automatically populate for that contact. Is this possible? If so, I can I do this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yes you can do this. But the secret is to identify the "things/entities" your database needs and how these things relate to one another. This is how you design the database -- the underlying tables and relationships. Forms are a means for presenting data that is stored in tables. Normally , we start with a clear description of the business and processes. And from those, identify the tables, the fields and the relationships.
Here is a tutorial that starts with a business statement and develops the proper tables and relationships. It is well worth working through this. Once completed, you'll be able to do it with your own data.

    Good luck
