Using a thremal printer for labels

I have created a little application in Access 2010 to create labels for my shipping supervisor to eliminate excessive handwriting of labels for parts shipments (small bags). the app works fine, all of the data is where I need it, my issue is now getting it to print properly on my Dymo labelwriter 450, using a 2"x 4" roll of labels. I have tried various ways to setup the label using the wizard, I can partially get all the information on the label, but not all of it. I have tried making a custom label, but it only prints about 1/2 of the information, then cuts it of on the edge or bottom or it only prints a couple lines and isn't centered, etc. I know I am missing something very simple here but I am stuck, could use any help at all.

Maybe you can get what you need through Page Setup. You can select a specific default printer for the report there and access the "Printer Properties". The drivers that you use for the printer determine what the "Printer Properties" look like and what options are available. I imagine you should be able to make adjustments there that would effect your report's page properties.

I had to look in a report to see where the printer properties were so don't feel bad. I always get printer properties and report properties mixed up.
