    IF/Then maybe

    greetings,

    I have an issue that Im not quite sure about: ID:1111 DI: Unavailable FName: John LName: Doe
    ID: Unavailable DI: 1452 FName: John LName: Doe

    What I am trying to do is to join the two together since they are the same people with 1 moissing the ID and the othe missing the DI

    End Result: ID: 1111 DI: 1452 FName: John LName: Doe


    any help would be appreciated.

    Maybe you can build a query using the Wizard and choose "Find Duplicates Query Wizard".
