    MDB Admin

    Hi,

I am developing MDB Admin, a free tool for managing the Access database (2003 or prior, I'm using jet 4.0), and would like the opinion of the community.

    Any comments are welcome.

    Thanks.

I looked at the link. Why is the uploaded file named MDBAdmin.exe? 4shared download is a pain. Wants me to create an account and login. Not going to do that.

Box.com is much friendlier fileshare site.

But why should I even download an exe file? What is this? Should I delete your thread as suspicious?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Virus? Addvertisment? Improve Web Site Stats for your Adds there? PHishing for something?
You're new here today to the site and you already have an EXE! file 9mb in size, asking for input. from the size of the file it must already be doing all kinds of things.

Not touching an EXE even if it is 9mb, anything could be hiding in there.

Post a text version of what you are doing, or an MDB file.

Use MDB format for sample post. If your issue is fixed, mark the thread solved.

I deleted the link. If you're legit, post an Access file.

MDB Admin is a application made in Delphi by management of Access Databases. The application has this size because I use the DevExpress components. It can open mdb files from version 1.0 up to version 2003.

    It's not a virus.

Sorry by link in 4shared, I upload in the box.com:

    https://app.box.com/s/cm3ltjs0hgl5ldqj061t

I created a blog to post updates (in Portuguese):

    http://mdbadmin.blogspot.com.br/

It is very important for this project that the community give their opinion.

    Thanks.
