Convert Access 2010 to Access 2013

My office is in the process of converting to Office 2013. I've been upgraded first to test the Access database. Everything pretty much works, my only question is regarding command buttons on forms. In Access 2013, in design mode, the size of the command button has increased. When you select a specific command button, the size of the selection is the correct size of the command button, but the entire button is larger. Confusing?

looks like it is a problem with the installation of Access 2013 on my machine. My IT Department is going to re-install the application.
