Please help to create a table in MS Access

Please help to create a table in MS Office. Current table has name in first column and start & finish dates in other two columns. It is necessary to create a table in MS Access which has name in the first column and validation dates in the second column. For Example:

currently

1. White 16 xxxx19
2. Black 1 xxxx 5

required

1. White 17
1. White 18
2. Black 2
2. Black 3
2. Black 4

Your example does not show dates.

What is the issue? Why don't you just create a new table with the table designer?
