Getting Rid of Parameter Values in a New Report

I created a new report, using the report wizard. When I clicked finish, Access requested that I enter parameter values. I am pretty new to Access, and I'm not sure how I could have set parameters in my report. could someone explain what is wrong and how I can avoid having to enter parameters?? Thanks!

When you open the report, it prompts for input of filter parameters? I don't use the wizards so am guessing it built the report with query as RecordSource and the query has popup input parameters. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
