Auto fill Data number between tables

I am creating a Access Data Base for Product Complaint.
I have created several tables that share an auto complaint number (Primary Key). How do I make that auto assign? Below is the format of my Complaint number;

A Complaint Number is assigned using the format: PCYYMMXXX


Where:
PC = Prefix indicating Product Complaint
YY = Last two digits of the year when complaint originated
MM = Two digits for the month when complaint originated
XXX = Sequential number starting at 001 for each year
