    Form alignment

I have a data entry form in an Access 2010 Database. On some machines when a new record is created the form displays perfectly on other machines the form is scrolled up a bit and the first field is barely visible. The interesting thing is the Resolution on the 2 machines this occurs on is 1600X1200 and the machines that work well are 1366x768 or 1280x768???

    That does seem odd.

However, can you modify the form by tightening up spacing between controls? Is this a form/subform arrangement?

Yes there is a subform. I'll look at tightening up the spacing. Thanks

I have seen where the user has set the resolution to 1600X1200, then set the DPI to 120 or a custom size to make the fonts readable.

Right click on the desktop and select Properties
    Click on the settings tab.
    Click on the advanced button.
Look at the General Tab - the DPI usually is set to "Normal size (96DPI)".

A long shot, but it might be worth checking to see if all of the machines have the same DPI setting.

These particular users don't have the technical wizardry required to make that change. All Machines are set to 96 DPI
