Sorry for a noobish question, but I've just recently started using Access and would really appreciate your help.
I'm trying to create a rather simple database that will contain various information about patients. I would normally use Excel for such a simple task, however there is too many different categories of data about each patient(patients personal info - name, contacts etc, patients medical status - conditions, diseases etc, patients operations - ..., patiens medications - ... and so on), and it would look very messy and uncomfortable to manipulate in excel. After the database is completed i'm going to use the data for statistical analysing. So I'm trying to create separate tables to contain different kinds on data about each patient, for example - one table for patients personal info, another for their medical data and so on. All of these tables have to be linked together as they all contain data about the same patients. Therefore my questions are: what is the relationship used for linking these kinds of tables(one to one)? After i have completed the tables how can i create a user friendly form that would firstly ask to enter patients personal info, secondly his medical data and so on?
