    one item but different description and prices

    Hello everyone,



    in the attached table I have one item name and three different descriptions,quantity and prices, I want to filter this table on form by PO No.so that if I type PO number on the form it should display the description items and their prices respectively.

    Research normalization. Here is a tutorial that may help with table and database design.

    Can anyone please do the normalisation for this attached table and form i want to understand the concept thanks

    yes orange I saw the tutorial but still iam confused with my attached table like how many tables shall I create from my existing table and what will be the fields in those tables and through what fields iam gonna relate them because I have similar data in the table, if you could give me a working example in the attached table it will be easier for me to understand.

    The tutorial takes a business description, creates tables and assigns attributes, and normalizes the tables in a step by step process. It has solutions too.

    This step by step process is relevant to any situation. The sooner you become familiar with it, the better.
