    Table Design & Form Help.

    Hi



    I have manged to create what I think is thecorrect table structure and look up tables, could someone please check this forme, however I require assistance in creating the data entry form. Could someoneplease help me with this option. Cheers.

    Table relationship needs fixing. BranchID should not link to EngineerID. For some reason the Relationship builder wants to include Branch table twice.

    What exactly do you need to know about creating data entry form?
