    Validation Rule

Greetings. thanks in advance for any help you can give. I have an input screen (access 2010) that I want a field to only accept the letters A thru D, but I am unable to properly write the validation rule. I wrote: "a" or "b" or "c" or "d" in my table and in the form's Property Sheet, but neither works. Can anyone help?

    Thanks

You put that in the ValidationRule property of a textbox?

Why doesn't it work, what happens?

Alternative is a combobox or listbox with Value List.
