Unhappy Using Design Tools, after dropping the BUTTON on my FORM, the wizard does not show

When opening a FORM in "Design View" I choose and drop a BUTTON on my form from "Form Design Tools" and typically it did launch the properties to choose how I want the Button to function, but nothing is popping up now? HELP!

To enable the wizard you need to select the, "Control Wizard", within your ribbon before you place the control on your form. While in design view, within the Design Group, select the design tab. To the far right of the group, there is a small "More" button. It has a little arrow pointing downward. The Control Wizard is in there.
