Group on last name, last name won't repeat if more than one

I have a report grouped on a person's last name. Unfortunately, a number of folks have the same last name. THe last name only shows up for the top person and is blank for the repeat.

How can show the last name for each line in the report?

Grouping on Last Name is grouping on Last Name. If instead you want to Group By the unique individual, then do that (for instaqnce by their CustomerID), and then ORDER BY First(LastName).
