Access 2013 display of Form View

My forms work well, but in form view are widely separated from the user tool bar. That is, the form is in the upper top left corner of the screen and the tool bar for choosing records is in the left hand corner at the bottom of the screen. I cannot get the tool bar in a position near the bottom of the form where it would be easier to work with. Any ideas of what to do? Very clumsy to use as it is.

Is this Tabbed Documents? You might look at Overlapping Windows setting. File > Access Options > Current Database

Have you considered a custom right click menu? Which tools, precisely, do you need?

I use forms to add new records to respective tables. So I need the following buttons: first record, last record, current record, previous record, next record, and blank record, each depending on what I need to add. These are the regular buttons that come with a created form.
I use one form at a time and do not use tabsl

    Custom Shortcut Menu

Here is a custom shortcut menu. You can import it into your accdb file by importing the single form that is in this mdb. When you select the form to be imported within your wizard, be sure to click "Options" in the "Import Objects" window before importing. You will need to tick the "Menus and Toolbars" option in the import section. This will ensure that the custom menu will be imported along with the form.

After the import is complete, you can delete the form.

In a form that you want the shortcut/popup menu included, go to the form's properties window and change the property field for "Shortcut Menu Bar". If the import was succesful, you should have the option to select "ShortNavigation". This is the name I gave the shortcut menu. Also, make sure your "Shortcut Menu" Property is set to = Yes

I am not talking about tabbed form as in a form with a tab control on it. I am talking about Tabbed Documents. The description you gave of your form fits the Tabbed Documents setting. When an Access db is first created it defaults to Tabbed Documents. This means objects open with a tab and fill the Access window. Can view only one object at a time. Change to the Overlapping Windows setting and can size and move objects as you wish, even side by side. A db is always in one of these two settings.

    @ June

Have you used pop up and modal with Tabbed forms yet? Just curious. I am seeing if I can use tabbed but have not got to modal and popups yet.

I believe Popup setting will work with Tabbed Documents. I just never use Tabbed Documents and don't like the Popup feature. I use modal only when I absolutely have to. Both features are quite annoying during debugging.

I feel really, really stupid because I discovered that everything views as it should if you minimize the window. Thanks for every one's suggestions. I am sorry to have used your time. it's great to know their are Access nerds who want to help.
