How do you create and name a section inside of a form

In the attached Word file there is a thin line/section at the top of the form called 'Convert Objects to:'

How do you create this box with the name embedded inside of the line itself (not above or below it). I tried the Rectangle and Frames, but they don't seem to work.Creating Sections in Access Forms.zip

I know there is a control called Option Group, but I don't want buttons to appear inside of the box. I just want a box as a way to mark off a section. So just a box, with the name and no selection buttons.

Option group is to group together several controls. Controls within an option group behave as a group and are dependent upon each other.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish. I can only imagine that a label, a line, or a rectangle could possibly suit your needs. Labels hold text to convey a message. Rectangles can be filled with a color from the palette or transparent. Rectangles can have various border styles and sizes. Lines are lines. All of theses controls can be given names of your choice. You can refer to the name of a control via VBA.
