I have a pie chart that is working perfectly. However when I go to format the data labels I am choosing



Category Series Name
Value
Percentage

Value = Currency

But once I add the percentage then the currency loses it's format it turns $1,000 into 1000

If I omit the percentage then I can format the label correctly

How do I fix this problem?
