Urgent-Error while opening one of the master table

Dear All,
I need some urgent help. I have deployed one access application. It is in use for last 6 months. All of sudden it is started giving error

Could not read definitions;no read definitions permission for table or query 'week_Master'

Where week_Master is of the master table.

I tried to open, export, design and various options but there are of no use. I tried repair also through Tools->Database utilities->Compact and repair but it also not helped.

Can anybody help me in this.

not familiar with that error message - sounds security related - is User Level Security implemented?

Is it a multiuser system that is *not* split? Tell us something about the system.
