    I have question in multiply items how to show only ten records in multiply items form

    What is 'multiply items' form?

    You can size form to show only 10 records or use some elaborate code to accomplish.

    sorry in the create tab --> forms --> more items --> multiply items
    can you explain for me how i do that.

    That's just the wizard creating a form in Continuous view.

    File > Options > Current Database > Application Options/Document Window Options/Overlapping Windows

    Now you can size the form.
