Angry Help!! with forms and tabs please.

I think I've done nothing but create a mess and now I'm stuck. My DB was too large to attach here so you could see what I'm talking about.

    1) In one of my forms, I have several tabs and above the Student Details form is a place where I would like the students name to appear so when I click on a different tab I won't forget which students record I am working on if I get distracted?

Also, when I add the student's ID into the student table, how can I get it to auto populate to the other tabs (in the Student Details form) without having to retype it?

    Thank you!

Is this a form/subform arrangement? Is the main form bound to Student table? Are subforms bound to child tables related to Student record?

Db too big? Did you run compact & repair and zip?

zip or rar the file an that should get it to the allowable size. Alternatively for large dbs I've upload themto box.com (free) then shared the link in the forum. You can elete the db from box.com anytime you like. Quickest method I have found for getting solutions on this forum

Thank you, maxmaggot (love the name). It didn't compress enough with the first option.

    Try this link https://app.box.com/s/ror8kaodje6m0rbkhojq

I don't like nor use navigations forms. I tried to do data entry in your form and it isn't working. Records saved in Student and Orientation tables but without StudentID foreign key.
