Add pictures to a completed project

I have completed a nice little project for my maint/safety folks. Basically a manual with instructions for certain tasks, specific to certain types of machinery. I was getting ready to roll it out when a suggestion was made to add a small snapshot of the machine the page refers to to each individual unit. I confess I have never tried this, but I gave it a shot and all I have been able to do is get the same picture to come up over and over. I could use a little guidance back on the path please.

Yes, it did, thank you so much. However, it brought another issue that I did not foresee to light. I got the pictures on the report, but they are extremely small. My problem is making a second page on the report with just the photo and a caption, I have tried a couple methods but sometimes I get 2 pages, but sometimes I get a blank page. I have no idea how to correct it.

I don't use pictures much so I'm out of my element here. There is a free ActiveX took that may help:

I think the free version watermarks stuff but the paid version is real cheap if I recall. It might at least be worth a try of the free one to see if it can resolve your issue.
