    Problems in viewing my form

I have a database that more than one person uses. The data is saved on a network and each user accesses the data from Access on their own computer. The users view a their entries on table-looking form. We are having a glitch where the record entry is showing up twice with the same auto number on the form, but the table from where the data is stored only shows the record once (as it should). It's confusing my users. Any thoughts as to what's up with this glitch.

Is it a single record showing up duplicated, or is it two different records showing up with the same apparent autonumber?

It's the same record showing up twice. If a change is made it changes both. It only duplicates in the form view NOT the table. It's right other wise and changes both if a change is made. Is it user error or processing error do you think?

Shouldn't be user error, I can't think of a way a user could make that happen. Of course, I can't think of a way offhand to duplicate that behavior in a normal form, either. Can you describe more fully the way the form is linked to the data?
