Userform Disappears (possibly after changing name)

    Hello,

I have been working for some time on a userform and it recently disappeared from all but the Design View. Clicking Form or Layout Views will load the form, but the entire screen is grey with just the tab at the top with my form's name. If I switch to Design View, I can see my form and all the tabs and such.

I know I did something stupid, but I can't figure out what it was.

    Please help.

    Cheers,

    Ray

The underlying table/query is not showing any data for the form.
Scared me when it first happened to me.

Look at the query and the criteria.

Wow, yeah, I had just changed my data table and was about to rebuild it. That fixed it. Thanks for breaking the panic mode

'The underlying table/query is not showing any data for the form' and for whatever reason, the Form cannot have New Records added to it.

If New Records can be added, the empty RecordSource won't do this. Which, of course, raises the question as to whether or not you intended New Records to be entered through the Form.

And, yes, it is quite alarming the first time you encounter it!
