Using checkboxes to perform a search

I have a form that has about 20+ checkboxes on it. On each form, some of the checkboxes get checked, depending on what category they are listed under. What i want to know is, is it possible to pull up results based on checking off one of those boxes to bring up the results.

So for example, I fill out 10 forms, with over 20 categories with checkboxes, the Categories are A,B,C,D,E, etc.. I want to bring up all the results for categories of C for example. Is that possible?

    Thanks

From what you have said, Yes it would be.
We would need more and better information as to exactly what you want.

Upload your database would help very much.
