Picture rotating on display Problem

Is there a way to prevent displayed images from doing a 90 degree rotation? They are oriented correctly in the files but some rotate. I scaned the Property Sheet for the ImgBox where the pictures are displayed but I could not identify a likely property. TIA Phil

Never encountered this. No idea why image would arbitrarily rotate. Are you sure it isn't just your image viewing software that is rotating the image and not actually saving the file with the rotation?

Thanks for responding. When I view the folder holding all of the pictures, the icons display of the pictures in the upright position. Also when I open them with Windows Photo Viiewer, they are upright! I thought that the ImgBox needed to be square so I made it so - no good.

I was just playing with one of the images and decided to use Windows Photo Viewer to rotate it 90 degrees - no change was laying down and still was! Then I went back and rotated it back now it appears as it should! So, thankfully, the problem lies outside of Access! Now all I have to do is rotate then unrotate about 300 pictures, hopefully!!!!! Thanks for suggesting the PC image viewing mechanism. Going to call this one solved. Phil
