Record set wont enter Data

I have a simple Data base attached it wont let me save records as it says Empoyee table not record set. I am stuck i have tried various methods with no luck. Any body care to have a look and see where i have gone wrong.

I'm not sure what your set up is and what you are trying to do. However, the error is because of your keys or lack of key.

A possible alternative, and it's only a guess on my part, is shown in the other jpgs.

It may be a simple data base to you, but until readers understand what you're trying to do, it isn't simple.

Solved another table and some keys. The simple data base became complicated as each employee could have the same documents presented to him on different dates.
