Trying to group items on a Crosstab Report

I'd like this report to say "E-4 and Below" rather than counting all the way up from E-1. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is. I created another table with E-1 through E-6 in one column and E-4 & Below through E-6 in another. I then created a query to pull my desired fields from my main table and the new table, and, finally, I built the crosstab from that query.
