Display multiple columns in a combo box after selection

I have a combo box that takes its record source is a Query, this all works fine and when i click on the Combo box, I see 4 columns of data but when i select the record, only the first column displays, is there a way that I can display all 4 columns in the selected combo box, or will I have to have 1 combo box and 3 text boxes to display the data, is so how would I do that.

    You can use text boxes:

or add a concatenated field to the combo row source.

Thanks for the reply, I have used the text box method you have in the link, which displays the data that i need, unfortunately I also need to be able to update the information back to its Table

In my Form I save the data back to a Table "FieldServiceReports" this uses a lookup from a Query and stores only the ID, what I need is save the data back to the Machines Table, a query is used to display the data in the Combobox.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
